The Bow River Sauna Team will deliver it right to your location! 

We deliver  anywhere in Calgary and surrounding areas. Any deliveries outside 20km radius of SE Calgary will have $25 charge added. 

The sauna must be parked on your property for the duration of the rental period.

The Sauna is 5ft wide by 10ft long. However, the trailer the unit is on is 6ft wide by 14ft long. The footprint is about the size of a pickup truck. Again, the unit will need to fit on your property. Please contact us directly for any specific questions about parking.

The sauna can fit up to 6 adults. The unit is also equipped with a change room.

Typically it take between 40-60 min. This can vary depending on the outside temperature. 

For your safety we do NOT allow these items in the sauna:

Drugs of any kind, smoking, alcohol/wine, glass bottle/wine glasses, metals/jewelry (metals heat up and burn your skin).

The optimal temperature for a sauna is between 60-85 degrees Celsius. Take breaks when you need to and listen to what your body is telling you.

Our team take every measure to disinfect our unit between rentals. every surface gets washed down by hand and disinfected. We ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 that you do not use the sauna.

We will supply enough wood for your rental period. If you think you will require more than what we supply we have more at a additional charge. You will also be equipped with a sauna bucket and ladle. Once we arrive at your location our team will run you through the operation and safety measures you will take to create the best sauna experience possible!

Full payment is required at booking. Closer to your booking date we will request a damage deposit of $500. Once the rental period is over we will remove the pre-authorized damage deposit assuming there is no damage to the unit. 

If the cancellation is 48hrs before your rental period a full refund will be honoured. Any cancellation less than 48hrs will result in 50% refund of your booking.
